English School for Kids
• EIKEN Prep Course: Many of our students have attended an international preschool/school and are looking to take their English skill to the next level with clear milestones. Taking EIKEN can motivate students to develop four basic skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English. It can also increase their vocabulary and help them relate to the society and current topics in English. If your child is aiming for this, we would be glad to help. There are teachers who are trained to teach EIKEN test taking skills.

11th grade Japanese student: passed EIKEN Grade Pre-1
• High Level English Class: This class is for students who have studied English previously, have their basic English reading and writing skills and are ready to continue with a higher level.
• Academic Studies in English: Children who have studied abroad in English-speaking countries often return to Japan and attend Japanese schools. Many of these students want to not only maintain their excellent English ability but improve it. Returnee students may choose to take various academic courses such as History, Science, Reading or Grammar following the English curriculum used at Axis International School. In this way, students can continue to study at the same grade level as they were prior to returning to Japan, and also be promoted to the next grade level. Sometimes, students with no study abroad experience, but who have exceptional English skills equivalent to that of returnees, choose to take these international academic courses. For such students, it can be more fulfilling and challenging than regular children’s English classes.
